United Future's informal network is co-creating a Theory of Change about how the international energy transition can be shaped and accelerated so that all stakeholders benefit: the win-win-for-all principle.

Our Theory of Change features implementation pathways that benefit stakeholders including:

• People currently working in the energy industry
• People working in mining industries to extract needed minerals and metals
• Nature
• Climate
• Consumers
• Businesses

We aim to present this at international energy conferences starting in 2026, to help build consensus among all participants about coordinated collective action.
